Set up a Meeting
In order for us to design the perfect piece of furniture for you, we always recommend a meeting with our designer, Andy Whitcomb. Through a quick conversation, Andy will be able to determine what you like and don't like as well as what you want and need. This meeting is best done in person, but is possible to do over the phone and/or email in some cases.
Sketches and Pricing
Once the inital meeting has taken place, Andy will have a clear idea of what you're looking for and what your budget is. From there, he will do one or more sketches, and often put together a few samples of materials and finish.
Once design, pricing, and other detials are agreed upon, a contract stating all the details is signed by both parties. At this time, a 50% deposit is also taken and the job is officially underway.
We gather the materials needed, and start to build the furniture of your dreams!
After the custom furniture is completed, we will contact you to schedule a delivery time (or shipping details). For local deliveries, there is a one-way fee of $1.25 per mile. Out of state shipping is also available.
